Did you see that person "Patel" in Musaddi Lal Office Office show,
Where he used to say "2 baate hongi (2 things will happen, either yes or no)", if yes then this and if no then that.
And he continued making the bridges on yes and no.
In an email campaign, when you send an email to the person, that person either opens your email or does not open your email.
If yes, then you send email A and send email B in case of No.
You can apply this condition to click in email also if a person will click in the email then you will send email A, or in case not click in an email then you will send email B.
By using this logic, you will start making the sequence of emails to send only most relevant content.
